Refund policy

Please review the dimensions, product details and any agreed custom specifications before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or a size selected incorrectly by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect, or materially differs from the agreed description, please contact customer-service@qaiopn.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. If your order has not arrived as expected, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before sending an item back so that any return arrangements can be confirmed.

Our pieces are handmade with natural materials. Variations consistent with the stated materials and design can occur from piece to piece. This does not exclude support for defects, incorrect items or material differences from the agreed description.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law, including any applicable rights relating to orders that cannot be dispatched within the promised timeframe.
