Will mine look exactly like the photo?

Every piece is handmade with natural materials. Wood grain, moss shapes and local placement vary; the collection gives the overall design direction. For a specific layout or exact visual match, discuss your requirements before ordering.

What does the price include?

Selling prices include shipping and import duties and taxes. For a custom project, we confirm the delivered total after the size, design and shipping requirements are agreed.

When will my piece ship?

Standard pieces ship within 7 calendar days. Large moss walls and corporate custom orders have a separately agreed schedule. The dispatch window is not an arrival-date guarantee.

How is my artwork delivered?

By air express, with shipping and import duties and taxes included in the selling price. Transit and customs clearance are separate from the production and dispatch window.

Can you make a piece for my wall or business?

Yes. Share your space, approximate dimensions, preferred collection and delivery location. For arrangements and triptychs, we agree the number of pieces, spacing and delivered total together.

What should I know about care and hanging?

Handle the moss and projecting elements gently. Confirm the material-specific care and suitable hanging method for your chosen piece with us before ordering.
